your information, our word
Privacy Policy

Mathematicians (Patiala, Punjab, India) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and when you work with us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we don’t sell it.
1. What we collect
This website has no sign-up and no tracking-heavy forms. We only receive information you choose to send us — for example when you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or describe your problem through the contact page. That typically means your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your business.
2. Why we use it
Purely to reply to you, understand your problem, and — if we work together — to plan, build and support your project. Nothing else.
3. What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information. We don’t send marketing blasts. We share information with a third party only when it’s needed to run a service you’ve asked for (for example a hosting or messaging provider), or when the law requires it.
4. Client data in tools we build
When we build a tool for you, the data inside it belongs to you and your customers. We act on your instructions with it, keep our access limited to what the work needs, and remove our access when the engagement ends or you ask us to.
5. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information in our care. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we’d want ours treated.
6. Your control
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email ajay@mathematicians.inand we’ll sort it out.
7. Changes
We’ll update this page as the company grows; the date at the top always shows the current version.
